Aktuelle Stadtentwicklung in Mailand - Contemporary Urban Development in Milano
Die sia international section freut sich, im Rahmen der dritten Generalversammlung zu einer offenen Stadt- und Architekturführung zu aktuellen Stadtentwicklungsprojekten in Mailand einzuladen. Sie wird auch für Nicht-Architekten anregend, da viele soziale und ökonomische Aspekte thematisiert werden. Ziel der Fürhung ist das Quartier “City Life” auf dem alten Messegelände mit Projekten von Zaha Hadid, Daniel Liebeskind und Arata Isozaki, und in Zentrumsnähe die “Porta Nuova” mit Hochhäusern von Studio Boeri, Cesar Pelli, KPF und anderen. Für die Fortbewegung werden wir die Metro benutzen. Dauer circa 2 Stunden.

At the occasion of its 3rd general assembly in Milano, the sia international section is pleased to invite for an open guided tour about contemporary urban and architectural development. The tour will be inspiring for non-architects as well, as it offers many insights in diverse social and economic issues. The tour will include the "City Life" neighbourhood at the former Fair Ground with projects by Zaha Hadid, Daniel Liebeskind and Arata Isozaki and the "Porta Nova" area in the centre with highrise buildings by Studio Boeri, Cesar Pelli, KPF and others. Means of tranport: will be the metro.
